You handle the products and the sales — through your own store on Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, or your own website. Driyu provides the QR system that powers pet identification and recovery after purchase.

Does Driyu sell products directly?

No. All product sales happen through your store, not ours. Driyu provides the QR infrastructure and pet safety platform — not the products.

How do I become a reseller?

Pick a plan and complete checkout. That's it. Once your subscription is active, you get immediate access to your reseller dashboard. You can generate your first batch of QR codes right away.

What's included in my subscription?

What plans are available?

There are three tiers — Starter, Growth, and Scale. Each tier comes with a different monthly QR code limit and product listing allowance. You can choose monthly or yearly billing. A limited number of founder-priced spots are available for early resellers — once they're gone, standard pricing applies.

What is reseller founder pricing?

The first 50 resellers can access founder pricing, which offers a discount on all tier plans. Once the 50 founder spots are filled, standard pricing applies to new resellers.

Can I see my customers' pet data?

Accepted Answer

No. Resellers do not have access to pet owner personal data, medical records, contact details, or location history. You receive limited, aggregated information related to QR activations.

How do QR codes work?

You generate QR codes in batches from your dashboard, download them as a ZIP file, and attach them to your products — tags, collars, accessories, whatever you sell. When a customer scans and activates a code, it connects their pet to the Driyu platform for identification and recovery.

Do QR codes expire?

No. Once a QR code is activated by a pet owner, it remains active permanently. Your monthly limits only affect how many new QR codes you can generate.

What happens after a customer activates a QR code?

Once activated, the customer's pet profile and personal data are managed by Driyu — not by you. You will see aggregate analytics (total activations, activation rate, trends) but you will never see individual customer names, emails, phone numbers, or pet details. This is how we protect user privacy.

Can I list my products on Driyu?

Yes. Submit products through your dashboard with a description, images, and a link to your store. Listings go through a quick approval process, then appear on the Driyu shop page where pet owners can discover them.

Where do customers actually buy my products?

On your store. When a pet owner clicks on your product, they're taken to your Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, or website listing. Driyu never handles checkout — all purchases happen on your storefront.

What are promo codes and how do they work?

Each reseller gets their own promo codes. These can be shared with customers and are tracked inside your dashboard so you can measure usage and performance.

Can I switch from another provider?

Yes. If you are currently using another provider and still have unused credits or balance, Driyu may honor those credits after review. This is handled case by case and is not automatic.

Do I own the customer after they buy my product?

You own the sale. After a customer activates a QR code, the platform relationship belongs to Driyu. This means you keep your direct customer relationship from the sale itself, but Driyu manages the pet profile, recovery data, and personal information. This protects user privacy and ensures a consistent experience across the ecosystem.

What data do I have access to?

Aggregate metrics only: total QR codes activated, activation rate, and usage trends. You cannot see individual customer emails, names, phone numbers, pet information, or location data.

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

You keep access through the end of your current billing period. After that, you can no longer generate new QR codes. Important: QR codes that are already activated keep working forever. Canceling your subscription does not affect your customers' pets.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly billing from your reseller dashboard.
