This policy explains how refund and return requests are handled for Driyu subscription purchases and physical QR tags.
1. Digital Subscriptions
1.1 Merchant of Record
Subscription payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited or Paddle.com Inc., depending on your location), our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, your transaction is with Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms apply alongside this policy.
1.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a subscription purchase, you may:
- Contact us at support@driyu.com and we will assist in coordinating with Paddle; or
- Contact Paddle directly through their buyer support channels.
Please include your order confirmation, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of your request. We typically respond to refund inquiries within 5 business days, though response times may vary.
1.3 Partial Billing Period Refunds
Partial refunds for an unused portion of a billing period may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on circumstances. We handle these requests fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Physical QR Tags
2.1 Defective or Damaged on Arrival
If your QR tag arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at support@driyu.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order details and a description or photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
2.2 Wrong Item or Missing Shipment
If you received the wrong item or your order was not delivered within a reasonable time, contact us at support@driyu.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and work toward a resolution promptly.
2.3 Limitations
Physical tag issues related to normal wear and tear, misuse, loss, theft, or unauthorized modification are not covered. Physical tag returns are separate from subscription refunds — please reference the appropriate section above based on your situation.
