How much is shipping for more than one tag?
The reference shipping and handling total is $4.99 for one tag, $6.49 for two, or $7.99 for three to five. Each standard tag is free. The reference order limit is five tags, and any optional contribution is separate.
When will my tag arrive? Is tracking included?
This reference example does not confirm whether tracking is available for a current order. Delivery timing varies with preparation and carrier service; this demo does not promise an arrival date. For an existing order that has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact support@driyu.com with your order number.
What if my tag arrives damaged or the wrong item arrives?
For a damaged or defective tag, contact support@driyu.com within 30 days of delivery with your order details and a description or photo. For a wrong item, contact support with your order number. The refund policy explains how Driyu reviews replacement or refund requests; neither outcome is automatic.
Do I need Pro to activate my tag?
No. Tag activation, pet profiles, and core recovery tools are part of Free. The physical tag offer and shipping are separate from a paid Pro subscription. The app shows your current access and any applicable limits.
What does the tag cost?
The reference offer lists Smart Tags as free, with shipping and handling charged separately. The reference example starts at $4.99 for one tag and caps at $7.99 for up to five tags. The US shipping example does not confirm current address eligibility. This is a fictional example, not a live offer or confirmed order. Review eligible addresses, fees, and final terms in the real app.
Can I change my details without replacing the tag?
Yes. The QR links to an online profile, so you can update the pet and contact information from your account. Review the public visibility choices separately. You do not need to print a new QR just because a phone number changes.
What if I already have a tag?
Scan it with your phone camera. An available new tag opens activation; a linked tag opens its pet’s public profile. Manage your own linked tag from your account. If you found someone else’s pet, use the finder contact options instead of activating their tag.
Does the finder need an account?
No. The linked public profile opens in a connected phone browser. The owner uses an account to manage the profile; the finder can use the visible contact options without one.
Is this a GPS tracker?
No. The tag opens a profile. A scan or a location a finder shares is a clue from a moment in time, not continuous tracking or a guarantee of recovery.
