Is Driyu GPS?
No. Driyu is a recovery-first QR system, not a GPS tracker. It activates only when a finder scans the tag.
What does a finder see when they scan my pet's tag?
Anyone can scan with a phone camera — no app or account needed. They see the recovery profile fields you chose to share (pet name, photo, owner contact path) and never your home address.
How do I cancel?
Pro and Founder subscriptions can be canceled from your dashboard at any time — no email required. The free plan is always available, with no time limit.
What stays free?
The free plan covers the safety baseline — pet profiles, QR tag activation, recovery profile and lost mode, emergency contacts, and the finder-to-owner contact path. There is no time limit on the free plan.

How do QR tags work?
Each tag has a unique QR code. Anyone can scan it with a phone camera to see the pet's profile and contact the owner. No app or account required.

Is Driyu free?
Driyu offers a Free plan, a Pro plan, and a Founder plan. The Free plan covers core pet safety and recovery. Paid plans include a 14-day trial.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
A payment method is collected at checkout, you are not charged during the 14-day trial period, and billing starts automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.
How do I become a reseller?
Start reseller onboarding from the reseller page. Choose your plan, complete checkout, and access your reseller dashboard.
How do I claim my business?
Search for your business in the directory, submit a claim, verify your email, and complete onboarding after approval.
