That's the current scope. It's free, it's lightweight, and it takes minutes. More features are planned but not yet available — we'll let you know when they launch.

How do I join?

Two options: 1. Search for your business in our directory and claim it.
2. If your business isn't listed, submit it as a new listing. You can start from the For Professionals page or click "Claim This Business" directly on any unclaimed listing.

What if my business isn't in the directory?

Accepted Answer

No problem. You can submit it as a new listing. Provide your business name, category, address, and contact details. The submission goes through the same review process as a claim.

What happens after I submit a claim?

Four steps: 1. You verify your email (check your inbox for a link).
2. Our team reviews your claim (this is manual, not instant).
3. If approved, you receive an onboarding invitation by email.
4. You click the link, create or sign into your account, and you're in.

No. Every claim is reviewed manually by our team. This ensures only real businesses get verified listings.

Why do I need to verify my email?

Email verification confirms that you are connected to the business you are claiming. This is required before your claim can be reviewed.

Why does my email have to match during onboarding?

For security, the email you claimed with must be the same email you use to create your Driyu account. If they don't match, onboarding will be blocked. Use the same email for both steps.

What is a trust badge?

A trust badge shows pet owners that your business has been verified. The more complete your profile — logo, description, business hours — the stronger your badge appears. It's a signal that you're a real, claimed business.

What happens after I am approved?

Once approved: - Your business is marked as claimed in the directory.
- Your profile gains a trust badge.
- You gain access to your associate dashboard.
- Your listing becomes more prominent in search and recovery results.

Will this bring me customers?

We can't guarantee leads. What we can do is make your business visible to pet owners in your area — especially during lost pet situations where they're actively looking for nearby help. How much visibility you get depends on your location, how many pet owners are nearby, and how early you are in the platform's growth in your area.

Can I edit my business listing?

Profile editing is still being expanded. Some fields can be updated, but full self-serve editing is not yet available. We're working on it.

Where are commissions, client tools, and order management?

They don't exist yet. We're building in phases, and right now the focus is on directory presence and trust verification. Commissions, client management, and order tools are on the roadmap but not yet available. We'll notify you when they launch.

Is there a cost to join?

No. Associate registration is free.

I verified my email but nothing happened.

Accepted Answer

That's normal. After email verification, your claim goes into a manual review queue. This is not instant. You'll get an email once your claim has been reviewed.

My onboarding link doesn't work.

Accepted Answer

Two common causes: the link has expired (they have a time limit), or you're signed in with a different email than the one on your claim. Try using the same email. If the link has expired, contact support and we'll send a new one.

I signed up but don't see my business dashboard.

Accepted Answer

Check these three things: - Is your claim still waiting for review? (Check email for updates.)
- Did you use the same email for your account as your claim?
- Did you click the onboarding link from your approval email and complete setup? All three must be done before your associate dashboard appears.
